AdTrip vs AdCar
Same idea. Different car, different motion.
AdCar sells vinyl on a Mercedes-AMG that lives in Copenhagen for 12 months. AdTrip sells the same 50-spot idea on a Tesla Model 3 Performance that leaves Tallinn on 6 September 2026, sleeps in the capitals, and peels the stickers in Lisbon. Pick the burst across Europe, or the year on one city’s streets.

Road trip vs stationary car
AdCar is honest about this: the AMG is based in Copenhagen and that is where it will be most days. Routes follow real life. That is a feature if your customers live in the Nordics. It is a ceiling if you wanted Spain, France, and the Baltics in the same campaign.
AdTrip is the opposite ceiling. The car is not a local loop. It is a line across the map: Tallinn, Riga, Kraków, Berlin, Amsterdam, Brussels, Paris, Toulouse, Madrid, Lisbon. One night in each. Capitals get a full day. You do not get 12 months of the same street. You get two concentrated weeks in front of new crowds every morning, plus Supercharger queues where people already stand and look at cars.
Electric vs gas
AdCar’s line is “forget being seen, they’ll hear your brand.” A V6 biturbo is a physical event. If you want heads to turn because of sound, that car wins. We will not pretend a Tesla does that.
A 2022 Model 3 Performance is quiet, Dual Motor, and fast in a way you feel from inside. Outside, the show is the wrap, the charging stops, and the fact that it can cross Europe without a petrol station. If your brand is climate, software, energy, or just does not want to ride on fossil fuel for a year, this is the canvas. The red zones are the same idea as AdCar. The machine under them is not.
Vinyl for the trip. Website forever.
AdCar keeps your mark on the car for 12 months. That is more days in traffic. AdTrip peels the stickers when the trip ends. That is fewer days on metal, on purpose: a scarce, dated campaign, not a permanent wrap.
What does not peel: the site. Every day of the drive is published here. Photos of your panel, the city, the charge stop. After Lisbon the vinyl is gone and the URL still shows the work. You buy a burst on the road and an archive on the web.
Who each one is for
- Buy AdTrip if
- You want Europe in one campaign, an EV, daily content, and a hard end date. You care that the car sleeps in capitals, not that it idles outside the same office for a year.
- Buy AdCar if
- You want 12 months, Nordic daily streets, and a petrol AMG people hear before they see. AdCar is the better product for that brief. We are not trying to be it.
AdCar is an independent project at adcar.tv. We are not affiliated with them. Same format, different trip.
